Jesus, The God or Jesus The Messenger?

Jesus The God or Jesus The Messenger?

Modern Christian ideology seems to greatly differ in comparison to their imprecise scriptures. There are no verses in The Biblical Scriptures where Jesus affirms his deity. The Old Testament which is a much more reliable source than its lacking counterpart in terms of Jesus’ testimonies. Jesus has declared the lord or god much greater than he is. (Colossians 1:15) states he was first born. This clearly creates a whole new array of issues such as: How can Jesus be first born before his own mother, Mary? One can claim “his spirit which was breathed into her existed first.” We fail to see any relation to that spirit as the verse clearly stated first-Born. This apparent God put himself into a woman yet had to grow inside her for nine months? This baby exited through her awaiting to be fed by milk. Jesus also ate and drank. He was dependent on his mother during the pregnancy and was a defenseless baby. Is this what you call a god?

"For I have not spoken on my own authority; but the Father who sent me has himself given me a commandment-what to say and what to speak." (John 12:49)

We see the clear distinction between god and Jesus by the acknowledgement that Jesus has no authority to speak on his own, but is rather commanded by a higher deity. To question the Christians... why would God need to tell God what to do? Unless.. saying that one of them is obviously not? Christians would hold on to the claim that the "human nature of Jesus is commanded and commissioned." However, this only raises the hidden assertion that they were both two different minds, two different bodies and two different spirits.

"Whoever does not love me does not keep my words. And the word that you is not mine but Father's who sent me." (John 14:24)

"Jesus answered them all and said, "My doctrine is not mine, but His who sent me." (John 7:16)

For if he were truly god, there would be no need to make a distinction between the two.

"Jesus, knowing that the father had given all things into his hands, and that he had come from god and is going back to god." (John 13:3)

Jesus is not even the source of his own power & authority. Let alone to be proclaimed as a god. Furthermore, the following verse itself alone is enough to refute the stigma surrounding the man-made concept of Jesus being the trinity god.

And about the ninth hour Jesus cried out with a loud voice, saying, "Eli, Eli, lema sabachthani?" (My God, My God, why have you forsaken me?" (Mathew 27:46)

Missionaries and Priests alike will often be found making the following statements below:

GOD EXISTS AS THREE PERSONS !

Christians believe that God had placed himself into Jesus. Resurrecting him in order to take away the sins of mankind and redeem them. One has to ask, why would a God go out of his way to make his creation obey him? Theologians argue that he did it out of love. However, this statement only unveils the hypocrisy that lies within the scripture. One can reply, then how come during Noah's time, he was spared while the rest of humanity were wiped off the face of the Earth because of all their wrong-doings and ill-behaviours? Doesn't that mean The Biblical God is unfair? Why were the later generation spared while the people of Noah's time were abolished? The statement of God existing as three people at the same time would still classify Christianity to be a pagan religion and less of a monotheist faith they proclaim themselves to be. Jesus himself refuted such nonsensical rubbish with the assertion:

Answer: “God is not a man, that he should lie, nor a son of man, that he should change his mind, Does he speak and then not act? Does he promise and then not fulfill? (Numbers 23:19)

This verse undeniably asserts that God is not a man NOR the child of any man. Which not only places an extreme threat to the man-made trinity concept. It also terminates the claim as the opposing side places no significant evidence, while Numbers 23:19 is irrefutable.

JESUS IS ALL POWERFUL !

Answer: On the other hand, Jesus himself disagrees. Knowing without the power of his god he can't do anything. Which further refutes the claim that he is god.

“By myself I can do nothing.” (John 5:30)

Jesus, took a humble approach as The Biblical doctrine stated he was nothing more than just a Prophet before all the deceiving priests and missionaries had somehow turned him into a God. Only leaving themselves prone to many errors and unsolvable mysteries.

JESUS IS EQUAL TO THE FATHER !

Now in order for the priests to find some sort of method in order to reconcile the verses above with the provided refutations above. They will resort to such claims that they are both equal in terms of power and knowledge. By assuming that Jesus' body was God in a human-like form. The reasoning behind that is to justify the claim that he is god. Which is logically fallacious as that would also aid to the pagan-likeness of the self-proclaimed monotheist faith. Please refer to the answer below.

Answer: Objection, Jesus declared “The father is greater than I.”(John 14:28)

 – Jesus answered, “The most important is “Here, O Israel: The Lord our God is one Lord.”(Mark 12:29)

Notice how Jesus includes himself in the sentence above by saying "The Lord OUR God is one Lord." If a Christian were to deny this assertion then that will unveil the next question. Are you implying that God has a God?

GOD BECAME FLESH!
Saying that the word/God became flesh and dwelt among us, they are claiming that God changed natures. However, according to the same Bible, God doesn’t change:
Answer:
“I the LORD do not change. So you, O descendants of Jacob, are not destroyed."  (Malachi 3:6 )
"But you remain the same, and your years will never end." (Psalms 102:27)

"God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?Number 23:19 God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?" (Number 23:19)

Critics assert the following: "nothing is impossible for God and God can become man. Thus “the Word became flesh and dwelt among us."

This creates an inescapable dilemma. How can something that of a deity, come into a human form to pass away for the sins of humanity while also sustaining the universe at the same time? This is philosophically impossible. This is the direct equivalent of a builder constructing a house, standing on the highest point, only to see his life flash before his eyes right before he falls to the ground.

This is a serious allegation and not befitting the term of a God. If nothing is impossible for God then can God lie? Can he steal? Can he be created? Can he become the devil? Can he become an angel? Can he become extinct? A God should certainly not do anything against his divine nature; becoming a man clearly contradicts his deity. The God-man argument is a paradox on its own. How can God be God? Becoming a man is a definite contradiction to God’s nature and character. If God was once a fetus that grew up relying on his mother and became a human, went to the toilet, ate food, and eventually got mocked. If that does not violate the holiness of a God then what will?

JESUS IS THE SON OF GOD!

Trinity-believing Christians claim that since Jesus was called "The Son of God." that makes him the actual son of God. How can he be God's son if he is not biologically God's son? It was a metaphorical statement. Therefore, how can he still be considered a son? Several people were called "Sons of God" in The Bible. According to (Exodus 4:22) "Thus saith Jehovah, Israel is my son, even my firstborn." This verse not only indicates that Israel was the Son of God but also takes it a step further and declares it to be God's firstborn. Next verse we read is from (Jeremiah 31:9) "I am a father to Israel, and Ephraim is my firstborn."  Jesus was also called the "Son of Man" according to (Matthew 1:1), (Matthew 9:27), (Matthew 12:23), (Matthew 15:22) Again, we have yet another verse where other people are actually being called Gods and not just "The Son" of gods. (Psalm 82:6)  "I said, 'You are "gods"; you are all sons of the Most High.'" Furthermore, If Jesus were the Son of God then that would mean a man created the entire universe. A great blaspheme indeed.
In conclusion:

Critics may raise objections by presenting certain verses which could vaguely appear as Jesus being God,however, it would only create a rather chaotic blunder of contradictions. As you cannot compare a god to the likeliness of his creation. That will raise a hidden premise and fuel the atheist argument of "who created the creator." hypothesis. The inadequacy of the assertion of Jesus being God is further discussed in the (click "I Thought Humans Repent to God and Not The Opposite.") section.
